Erasmus+ KA1 mobility programs for vocational training centers

We coordinate the internships in Ireland, from start to finish.
Are you a KA121 and KA131 mobility coordinator at a Vocational Training center? We know what it means to manage an Erasmus+ mobility: the bureaucracy, the families, the students, the accompanying teachers… and all of this while you carry on with the rest of your work.
We became your on-the-ground team in Ireland.
We don't look for companies when your students arrive — we already have them, we know them and we trust them, and if we don't have a company for your students, ask us, we will tell you honestly whether we see it as feasible or not.
A strategic partner, not a one-off supplier
The best KA1 programs aren't built in a year—they're built with continuity, trust, and a partner who knows your school, your students, and your goals. Each year we work together, the experience improves: companies are already familiar with the program's quality, host families return, and management becomes seamless.
Centers that started with us with a small group have been expanding their Erasmus+ mobility programs year after year. That growth is the best indicator that something is working.

Information meeting with students and families
Before departure we organize an information meeting where we explain how the program works, the practical aspects of the stay and answer all questions.
This space allows students and families to face the journey with peace of mind and confidence.
Collaboration with the teaching staff
We work in coordination with the educational center to collect the necessary documentation for the development of the Erasmus program.
Fluid communication with the teaching staff ensures that all administrative requirements are properly managed.

What does the management include?
We know that the success of an Erasmus+ mobility program depends on the details. That's why we take care of everything:
Student mobility
- Company search and assignment according to the student's profile and cycle
- Full board with host family selected and supervised for each student
- Collaboration with the teaching staff to obtain the necessary documentation from both the student and the company.
- Managing flight ticket searches and coordination with a travel agency
- Information meetings with the students and their families before departure
- Support for teachers during his follow-up visit to Ireland
- Student support throughout his stay in Waterford
- Information dossier for each student with relevant information
- WhatsApp group with local coordinators throughout the stay
We don't disappear once the students arrive. We're present every day.

FAQS
The practices
The company selection process is done jointly with the Erasmus+ mobility coordinator, always looking for a company aligned with the student's studies and approved by the teaching staff of the program.
Students receive a dossier a few weeks before traveling. This dossier includes: information about the company, how to get there, what clothes to pack and the contact person, as well as information about the host family, public transport, the travel itinerary and frequently asked questions.
The trip
In addition to work clothes (each student will receive information on appropriate attire), it should be noted that summer temperatures range between 15°C and 20°C — and in the event of a heat wave they can reach 30°C. Think of it as autumn in Spain, so light outerwear is just as important as your swimsuit. We recommend packing:
– At least 2 sweatshirts or sweaters for the evenings and nights
– 3 jeans or long trousers
– An autumn waterproof coat
Even if it's hot on the day of your trip, wear long trousers 😉
Accommodation
We always work with host families on a full-board basis. It's the best way to achieve real language immersion, and it's also more economical. We know all the families personally—many have been working with us since the beginning. Before accepting a new family, we visit their home and meet them.
Breakfast and dinner at home are included. For lunch, families prepare a packed lunch (sandwich, fruit, etc.).
Use of the kitchen is not included in the accommodation. However, it is possible to store food in the refrigerator or kitchen cupboards.
In the Erasmus+ program, accommodation is usually in a shared double room. The most important thing is that it's well connected to the placement site. Occasionally, single rooms or even individual accommodation are available.
Yes! The host family is responsible for doing the laundry.
No, the family provides both towels and bedding.
Ireland
The weather in Ireland is unpredictable—it's said that you can experience all four seasons in a single day, and that's no exaggeration! In summer, temperatures typically range between 15°C and 20°C, although on the hottest days they can reach 30°C.
An important detail: the Irish sun is "different." When it's sunny, it's very easy to get sunburned, both for those with fair skin and for those used to the sun. Don't forget your sunscreen! ☀️🧴
